Admission is normally post SSS, however certain students may be admitted post JSS or under special circumstances. We have a positive policy towards students with physical disabilities, provided that they can function safely in the learning and working environment.
Over the four year programme, the students learn a wide range of skills - both in the classroom and in the real world environment of an acitive airfield and aircraft build facility.
With a group size of up to six, tuition is adapted to the learning needs of the individual. Passion for learning is key to success.
Hands on experience in one of the best equipped aircraft build workshops in West Africa helps to stimulate minds and build skills. We believe in real life learning opportunities in real life situations - the best learning of them all!
Currently we are only taking students every second year, based on funding and accommodation capacity. Take a look at the AvTech blog here http://avtechacademy.blogspot.com/ - you can gain some insight to what goes on and what is achieved...
