Aircraft Engineering

With aircraft prices from $70,000 to $250,000 we are ready to custom build an aircraft for your application, and to make sure that it is well maintained as well!!

(see the stars of the show)

We have fully equipped worshops where we build and maintain aircraft for a variety of applications. This Ch701 firewall was build in Ghana and painted here using PPG paints, mixed specifically for the applications we have here in the tropics.
Airframes such as the 4 seat CH801 (foreground) and CH701 (background) are built in our workshops to the highest standards. The 4 degree offset jig was also made by our resident carpenter who works to the highest standards.
Mr Solo worked for many years with the Italian company Impregillio and has an outstanding skills set. The true artisan contributing to building aircraft through precision jigs made out of quality West African wood, such as the mahogany used on this tail stand!
Our engineers learn to use tools to the highest standards. Here we can see the fuselage skins of a CH801 medical aircraft being cut to size with precision in our workshops.
Rotax installations are carried out with particular attention to cooling and other tropical challenges. Bats and potters wasps add to our challenges more often than other places! This X-Air has now done nearly 500 hours and has carried out surveys for rice, rubber, coconut and many photographic missions as well as carrying the Cowbell Father Christmas for a TV ad!

Each instrument panel is laid out with our clients. Specific applications require specific solutions. We also fit glass panels and GPS systems with terrain warning, transponders, ELTs, ballistic recovery parachutes, etc.

Note:
1. the marine compass on this 701 installed to allow easy removal for sighting when out and about!
2. We added chequer plate to the toe brakes for use in muddy conditions.
3. The gascolator behind the right rudder pedals was engineered specifically to allow easy access, additional water sepration and fuel filtering.

What would you want on your panel?

We ensure that the correct deflections are achieved in build and also at service intervals. By marking on the up and down degrees we help you to ensure that your pre-flights pick up any inconsistencies well in advance of a problem becoming apparent.

We believe that

SAFETY IS NO ACCIDENT!
